A birthplace of television and creativity.
Malakoff played a key role in the early days of French television. In 1931, it hosted the
country's first television broadcast via transmitter, featuring a short film. Over the years,
many artists have lived or been born here, including Henri Rousseau, Jacqueline Pagnol, and
Serge Danot*.
Inspired by this unique spirit, the studios have become an emblematic space dedicated to the visual arts.
Formerly known as Studio Baobab, then Les Studios de l'Olivier, the space has spent over 30 years cultivating expertise in hosting creative productions. We've worked with iconic brands and renowned production companies across television, fashion, music, and photography—welcoming talents such as Karl Lagerfeld and Jean-Paul Goude.
